Our Story

The idea for Supply to Succeed began in 2013, when Tadiwa traveled to Zimbabwe to visit family and had the opportunity to attend school in a rural community. Even at a young age, the difference was striking. School materials that he was accustomed to having individually often had to be shared among two or three students. The experience stayed with him for years.

Later, Tadiwa shared that experience with Jorden and Sam and explained his desire to help close the gap in access to educational resources, not only in Zimbabwe, but in underserved communities across developing countries. That conversation became the foundation of Supply to Succeed.

From the beginning, the goal has been bigger than a single donation drive. Supply to Succeed was created with sustainability and longevity in mind, with the hope of building lasting relationships that give students access to the educational resources and opportunities they deserve.

How We Work

Our work is built around a simple idea: useful resources should be put to work where they can make a difference. We focus on collecting supplies, building strong community connections, and coordinating resources with the people and organizations that can use them.

We gather useful educational and healthcare supplies through donations, collection drives, and community support.

We build relationships with schools, healthcare organizations, churches, businesses, donors, and other community partners that can help expand our reach.

We organize and prepare collected resources so they can be directed toward communities and organizations where they can be useful.

Supply to Succeed was built by students who believed useful resources could do more than sit unused. Meet the team working to turn that idea into action.
